Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single piece, and bulk pricing kicks in at 12 pieces.
Can I mix sizes and colours?
Yes. Sizes and colours of the same garment all count toward your quantity break.
How long does a custom order take?
Production takes 24–48 hours, and orders ship within 3–5 days of your final mockup approval. Need it by a certain date? Put it in the quote form and we’ll confirm we can make it.
What artwork do I need to send?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) or a high-resolution PNG is best. If all you have is a phone photo or sketch, send it anyway and we’ll clean it up.
Will I see it before it’s printed?
Always. Every order gets a digital mockup, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
Can you add individual names and numbers?
Yes, which works well for race teams and sports. List them in the quote form or send a spreadsheet by email.
